    The Ontario Energy Board (OEB) has developed a scorecard for all local distribution companies across the Province as a tool to allow customers to gain a better sense of how well their utility is performing over a 5 year period. Notes: Update: Power has been restored to the affected customers in the areas surrounding Highway 63, however approximately 10 customers between Lennox Rd and the city limits remain out. The cause of the outage was due to a tree contact, estimated restoration time is 5:00pm
