    The Ontario Energy Board (OEB) has developed a scorecard for all local distribution companies across the Province as a tool to allow customers to gain a better sense of how well their utility is performing over a 5 year period. Utility scorecards track and show comprehensive performance information for each electricity utility in Ontario, over a range of time and for a specific year.

Important Information Regarding Potential Canada Post Work Stoppage

Dear Valued Customers:

Due to the current state of labour negotiations between Canada Post and its workers, regular mail service may be interrupted.  We encourage you to prepare for a possible postal interruption that could take place as early as November 3, 2024.

Please note you are responsible for keeping your account up to date and ensuring that your payments reach North Bay Hydro Distribution Ltd by the due date in the event of a Canada Post service disruption.

To access your bill and other important account details visit our website.  If you have not already created an account, we encourage you to do so, as payments must made on time even during a postal disruption.
